Happy Pet List Provider Terms & Conditions

1. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information you submit to Happy Pet List is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy and currency of your listing information.

2. Scope of Verification

HPL may verify limited business details such as contact information, website links, and public listings.

Unless otherwise stated, HPL does not independently verify credentials, licenses, insurance, or customer reviews.

3. No Endorsement or Guarantee

A listing or "Verified" badge does not imply endorsement, partnership, recommendation, or guarantee of service quality.

Pet owners are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before selecting a provider.

4. Provider Conduct

You agree to uphold professional, ethical, and lawful standards in all client interactions that originate from the HPL platform.

HPL reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that, in its discretion, violates these standards or harms the integrity of the platform.

5. Liability Release

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Happy Pet List, its founder, affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• the information you submit,
• the services you provide, or
• any interactions with clients, patients, customers, or associates found through the Happy Pet List platform.

6. No Guarantee of Leads or Revenue

HPL provides visibility for pet care businesses but does not guarantee inquiries, leads, bookings, or revenue.

Your results depend on your own efforts, reputation, and service quality.

7. Use of Submitted Content

By submitting your information, descriptions, testimonials, photos, or logos, you grant HPL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote this content on its website, app, social media, and marketing materials.

8. Modification of Terms

HPL may modify these Terms at any time.

The updated version will be posted on the HPL website with a new effective date.

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to your participation as a Provider on Happy Pet List shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.
